It's been said many times...don't mix business and friendship - but we think it is totally doable. Scroll down for some business mixed with friendship tips!

COMMUNICATION is key!

Having a bad day? Messed up on the last report? Pissed off at your business partner? Say something! Things that are left unsaid, often escalate so we make sure to share how we are feeling on a consistent basis in order to work out any kinks. On the same note, we let each other know when we feel that the other has done an amazing job...it definitely lifts self-esteem!

BOUNDARIES are important!

Sometimes it is hard to draw the line when it comes to friendship and work. We set up guidelines that we can follow after misunderstandings and take "days off" from each other to keep healthy boundaries.

FUN is always an option!

No matter how difficult or mundane some days can get, we choose to have fun in any way we can. Take a break and watch a funny video, let your guard down, and be silly. It makes all the difference when it comes to your outlook!

Spend time in the SALT ROOM!

Anxiety and stress can build up, but what better way to release those negative emotions than to relax in a room full of salt? Salt gives off negative ions which have been proven to decrease feelings of anxiety and stress.
